Iridescent powder colorants are surface colorants, i.e. they are used for decoration and finishing. They give a shiny, pearlescent effect to sugar and marzipan paste, macaroons, chocolate candies...

They can also be used on pre-baked preparations such as tarts and cookies.

Ready-to-use and easy to apply, simply apply as is, in powder or liquid form.

In powder form, apply to the surface to be decorated, using a food brush or your finger.

In liquid form, simply dilute the powder in boiled water or food-grade alcohol (ethyl alcohol).

Tip: Do not use iridescent powder colorant directly in pastry, icing or other foods, as it will lose all its pe arlescentiridescence .

Ingredients: colorants: calcium carbonate E170 - azorubin E122 - iron oxide and hydroxide E172.

E122: may have adverse effects on attention and activity in children

Allergens: may contain traces of milk, soy and sulfites.

Maximum dosage: 4.19 g/kg finished product.
